Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing high-level marketing campaigns and strategies across various digital channels to drive growth and engagement for both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid social, social media management, email marketing, paid search, and copywriting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals
- Manage and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok and Linkedin
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and tracking performance
- Write compelling copy for various digital marketing assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website pages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and development to create integrated campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute campaigns and initiatives
- Manage team of contractors to help when outside expertise is needed
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B and B2C campaigns
- Expertise in paid social media advertising, including experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ConstantContact or Marketo
- Experience with paid search, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
