All our hosting plans include a free SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser bar), daily automated backups, professional email addresses (e.g. info@yourbusiness.co.za), a cPanel control panel, 99.9% uptime guarantee, and South African-based customer support.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all hosting plans. This means your website is available to visitors virtually around the clock. In the unlikely event of downtime, our team is alerted automatically and works to restore service as quickly as possible.

Yes. Our higher-tier plans allow you to host multiple websites under a single account. This is ideal for businesses that operate more than one brand, or for web designers who manage client sites.

Yes. All our hosting plans include email hosting. You can create professional email addresses on your own domain (e.g. sales@yourbusiness.co.za) and access them via webmail, Outlook, Gmail, or any mobile mail app.

We perform daily automated backups of your website files and databases. Backups are retained so you can restore your site to a previous state if anything goes wrong. You can also create manual backups at any time through cPanel.

Absolutely. We offer free website migration assistance for new hosting clients. Our team will transfer your existing website files, databases, and emails to your new Comsys hosting account with minimal downtime.

Social Media

We manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. During onboarding we'll recommend the best platforms for your specific business and target audience — you don't need to be active on all of them to see results.

Our packages include content creation (graphics and captions), post scheduling, competitor analysis, and a detailed monthly PDF performance report. Higher-tier packages include more posts per month, additional platforms, and story/reel content.

We handle all content creation — branded graphics, captions, and hashtags. You simply provide your logo, brand colours, and a brief about your business. For product-based businesses, we may ask for product photos to use in posts.

Yes. We send a content calendar for your approval before scheduling anything. You can request changes, and once approved, posts are scheduled automatically so your pages stay active without any effort on your side.

Social media growth takes consistency. Most clients start seeing meaningful engagement and follower growth within 2–3 months of consistent posting. Our monthly reports track reach, engagement, and follower growth so you can see exactly how your pages are performing.

Yes. Our social media management is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel or change your package at the end of any billing month with 30 days' notice.

A typical Starter or Business website takes 2–3 weeks from the time we receive all your content (logo, text, images). E-Commerce sites typically take 4–6 weeks. Timelines can be faster if you have all content ready at the start of the project.

Yes. Every website we build is fully mobile-responsive, meaning it automatically adapts to look great on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. With over 70% of South African internet traffic coming from mobile devices, this is non-negotiable for us.

You know your business best, so we ask you to provide the core content — your services, about us text, contact details, and any photos. We then structure and refine it for the web. We can also provide copywriting as an add-on service if you need help crafting compelling content.

Yes. All our websites are built with on-page SEO best practices — proper heading structure, meta titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, fast loading, and mobile responsiveness. These are the technical foundations that Google uses to rank your site. Ongoing SEO campaigns (link building, content marketing) are available as a separate service.

After launch, you own your website entirely. We offer ongoing hosting and maintenance packages so your site stays secure and up to date. Any future updates or new pages can be quoted separately, or you can manage content yourself if the site is built on a CMS.

Yes. Redesigns follow the same process as new builds. We review your current site, discuss what you want to keep and what needs to change, and rebuild it using our modern, fast, and mobile-first approach. Your existing domain and hosting can be retained or migrated to us.

Yes. Our E-Commerce package includes a full online store with product catalogue, shopping cart, and integration with South African payment gateways including Yoco, PayFast, and Ozow. We can also integrate with inventory and order management systems as required.
