How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take 2–6 weeks from kick-off to launch. Simple Starter sites can be ready in 1–2 weeks. Larger e-commerce or custom builds typically take 6–12 weeks. Timelines depend largely on how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Do I own the website once it's built?
Yes — 100%. You own all files, content, and the domain. We hand over full access at launch and you can host it anywhere you choose (though most clients stay with us for the convenience).
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Absolutely. Business and E-commerce projects include a friendly content management system (CMS) so you can edit text, add pages, upload images, and manage products without any technical knowledge. We also include training so you're confident from day one.
What's included in the price?
Design, development, mobile responsiveness, on-page SEO basics, contact forms, hosting setup, domain configuration, training, and 30 days of post-launch support. Everything you need to launch and run your site.
Do I need to provide content (text and images)?
You'll provide your business content (or rough notes), and we'll polish it. If you'd like full content creation, copywriting and stock photography services are available as add-ons.
What about ongoing maintenance?
We offer optional monthly maintenance plans covering software updates, security patches, content updates, and priority support. Most clients add this for peace of mind — it's far cheaper than fixing problems after they happen.
Do you handle hosting too?
Yes. We host most of the websites we build on our own infrastructure — fast, secure, and supported by the same team that built your site. View our hosting plans.
What payment terms do you require?
We typically work on a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due at launch. For larger projects we can split into milestone payments. We accept EFT and card payments via Yoco.
